SHIPPING AND POSTAGE
Your orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days, depending on your location. While we strive for prompt delivery, we can't promise overnight shipping if there are NZ Post delays. Rural addresses may experience slightly longer wait times. Choose a delivery location where someone can sign for your parcel (Signature Required).
Your order will be swiftly processed during standard business hours. Keep in mind that the estimated delivery time is based on business hours and excludes processing time. Expect an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order is on its way!
Please provide a physical address when checking out, like a workplace, where someone can sign for your item between 9am - 5pm on weekdays.
We cannot be responsible for charges or delays that may occur at the receiver's end due to customs rules in different countries.
We are partnered with NZ Post to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact NZ Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
All stock is located at our Auckland base.

Signature Required
To ensure the safety of your valuable items, consider selecting the 'Signature Required' option to avoid leaving your parcel unattended after delivery.
Just a heads up, non-signature parcels are sent at your own risk. If you won't be around to receive it, make sure to provide a secure location for the courier.
Regrettably, neither PRETTY SEOUL nor NZ Post can provide refunds or replacements for lost, damaged, or stolen items after successful delivery to your property. Please remember to contact us within 21 days to start a claim. Beyond this timeframe, we and NZ Post won't be able to help.
Evening Express Delivery [NZ Post Express Tonight]
For Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch residents, PRETTY SEOUL brings the convenience of delivering in-stock products to you between 6pm and 9pm on the same day your order is dispatched.
Order on a Business Day Before the Cutoff Time for Same-Day Arrival:

Orders placed after these cutoff times, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day, with delivery expected in the evening.

- Evening Express Delivery is not available to business addresses or PO Box/Parcel Collect addresses due to their closed status from 6pm to 9pm.
- Shipping address changes are not eligible for refunds.
- Delays may occur if any items in your order are out of stock at our warehouse.

International Shipping
PRETTY SEOUL provides shipping services to New Zealand and Australia. Orders for Australian customers are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days, although timing may vary based on your location. Keep in mind that deliveries to rural areas may take a bit longer.
Tracking Your Order
For those ordering from Australia, tracking will be facilitated through the Australian Post tracking system, not the local NZ tracking services. This ensures that you can follow your parcel's journey accurately after it leaves our warehouse.
