RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your experience with PRETTY SEOUL and your new Korean skin care and makeup products. On the off chance that you don't, we're here to help!

Please bring your product(s) you wish to return/exchange within 14 days of purchase along with the purchase receipt or e-receipts and our lovely staff will be happy to assist you with your needs. *We will be unable to provide an exchange or a refund if you do not bring the proof of purchase and product(s) to the store. 

  1. Refund/returns are only eligible if the products(s) you purchased are damaged or in bad condition. Kindly contact us for a refund at info@prettyseoul.co.nz
  2. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind which is why we ask to make your selections carefully. If you have chosen the wrong product, or would like to add more products to your order, please email us to info@prettyseoul.co.nz for further assistance. *Returns due to a change of mind will only be granted with a store credit or PRETTY points
  3. We may refuse to refund for an item where the item has been used or damaged and is no longer in an acceptable resalable condition.

*NOTE: Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
