How can I use the "Beat a Price by 10%" price guarantee?

If you find a lower advertised retail price for an identical item that is currently in stock, we’ll beat the price by 10% — once it’s verified by one of our team. This offer applies to all New Zealand based retailers only but excludes warehouse, clearance sale, commercial offers and online-only stores.

To claim the price guarantee, simply email us proof of the competitor's final price in NZD including taxes and any other charges, and we’ll assist you with your claim.

Do you offer FREE Delivery?

At PRETTY SEOUL, we provide FREE standard shipping on all national orders over $50 NZD (after any discounts or promotions are applied).

For international customers, we offer FREE shipping to Australia on orders over $75 AUD (after any discounts or promotions are applied).

Orders under $50 NZD will incur a $6.00 NZD shipping fee, with an additional $3.00 NZD charge for rural deliveries.

How does your 14-day Returns Policy works?

At PRETTY SEOUL, we take pride in the quality of our products and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 14 days, as long as it is unused, in its original condition, and includes the original packaging, instruction manuals, and proof of purchase (such as a bank statement showing the transaction or the online order packing slip).
